Acceptable Use Policy & Service Terms
This policy defines the acceptable use of The B.R.A.T. Shoppe Infrastructure APIs and SMTP relays. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

01. B2B Service Limitation
The B.R.A.T. Shoppe is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) infrastructure provider. Our services are available exclusively to registered legal entities (LLC, Inc, Ltd, S.L.) for the purpose of managing internal logistics, inventory, and authorized customer communications.
We do not provide services to individuals, sole proprietorships without tax registration, or entities engaged in affiliate marketing schemes.
02. Zero Tolerance Prohibitions
Warning: Immediate Suspension
We adhere to a strict interpretation of the Mailgun Acceptable Use Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Purchased or Rented Lists: Sending emails to lists purchased from third parties, scraped from the web, or generated via directory harvesting is strictly forbidden.
- Cold Outreach: Sending unsolicited emails to recipients who have not explicitly requested content from your organization.
- High-Risk Content: Promotion of illegal goods, adult content, multi-level marketing (MLM), cryptocurrency schemes, or pay-day loans.
- Deceptive Headers: Spoofing sender domains or using misleading subject lines to mask the origin of the message.
03. Nature of Traffic (Transactional)
Our infrastructure is optimized for Transactional Email and System Alerts. This includes high-velocity "burst" traffic generated by user actions.
Approved use cases include:
- Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and invoices.
- Password resets and 2FA authentication codes.
- Internal infrastructure alerts (server downtime, inventory critical levels).
- Legal updates to Terms of Service.
Restriction: Marketing newsletters, promotional blasts, and re-engagement campaigns are not permitted on our transactional IP pools without prior written authorization and dedicated IP allocation.
04. Account Verification & Consent
To ensure high deliverability and compliance with global anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), we enforce strict consent standards.
Double Opt-In Required
All subscribers must confirm their email address via a verification link before being added to any mailing list. Single opt-in lists are not supported.
Proof of Consent
Clients must retain timestamps and source IP addresses for every signup. We reserve the right to audit this data at any time.
05. Data Privacy & Processing
We respect the privacy of your users. We act as a Data Processor under GDPR. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
